Following our tour of the Buddha Museum, guests will enjoy the fare at the Hi-Lai Vegetarian Restaurant that offers the integration of Chinese and Western cooking methods, exquisite Hong Kong-style dim sum, special vegetarian dishes and creative dishes. With simple Zen style as the main tone of the space, the open kitchen clearly displays the cooking process, using black sesame and soy protein from Japan, and fresh vegetables and fruits directly from the nearby Qizuo Farm.
