Lindsay Familton is the Senior Director of Workforce Operations & Business Excellence at BC Maritime Employers Association, where she oversees initiatives that drive labour reliability, operational efficiency, and strategic execution across the waterfront. Her role includes leading business process improvements, implementing workforce programs, and supporting data and analytics functions that enable industry-wide coordination. Working in partnership with terminals, labour, and government, Lindsay helps deliver reliable and scalable workforce solutions. At the forefront of key projects that advance workforce planning on B.C.’s waterfront, she plays a central role in modernizing operations and supporting BCMEA’s mandate to deliver sustainable, responsive, and high-performing workforce systems for the B.C. waterfront.
