Michelle M. Quidachay is the General Manager of APL Guam/Saipan and the first local female to lead the company in Guam. With more than 25 years of experience in logistics, transportation, sales, finance, and business development, she has built a strong reputation for leadership, customer service, and industry expertise.

Michelle studied at the University of Guam and has dedicated her career to supporting Guam’s business and transportation supply chain. She is an active member of the Guam Chamber of Commerce, the Armed Forces Committee, the Guam Contractors Association, and the Guam Port Users Group, where she collaborates with industry leaders to promote economic growth and strengthen Guam’s supply chain and maritime industries.
