Mr. Thomas Maddison is the Executive Director of the Republic of the Marshall Islands Ports Authority (RMIPA), a government agency of the Marshall Islands Government. The RMIPA manages and operates the international ports of entry in the Marshall Islands, including the Marshall Islands International Airport located in the Capitol City of Majuro.

Prior to being promoted to the Executive Director post, Mr. Maddison served as an Airport Manager from 2012 to 2017 then on to become a Seaport Manager a position he held until 2022.

Mr. Maddison graduated with a civil engineering degree from a college in Tokyo Japan.
