Stacey is a seasoned resource management specialist with over 20 years of expertise in the marine and coastal management field in the Pacific Islands region. She possesses extensive experience in biological and socioeconomic research, project management, marine benthic surveying, and environmental/natural resource planning and policy. Her specialization includes environmental analysis and permitting, ESA Section 7 and Section 10 consultations, marine benthic community surveys, biological assessments, and Essential Fish Habitat assessments.
