Rates (US Funds):
- Early Bird Member Rate (until December 30, 2025) — $1,095 (includes all conference sessions, meals and networking excursions, excluding golf and companion program).
- Non-Members — $1,395 — (includes all conference sessions, meals and networking excursions, excluding golf and companion program).
- Government Agency Representatives: $695 (please note: this rate does not apply to ports) — includes all conference sessions, meals and networking excursions, excluding golf and companion program.
- Companions: $350 — all companion program excursions and meals
- Golf: $300
We recommend you provide the e-mail and cell phone number of the attendee in case it becomes necessary to contact them during the conference.

Cancellation policy:
– Registration fees are fully refundable up to December 1, 2025.
– After December 1, 2025 and until January 1, 2026, registration fees are 50% refundable.
– After January 2, 2026, fees are non-refundable (but can be transferred to another registrant).
