Darcey began his career as an Officer in the Canadian Forces before earning his engineering degree from the University of Manitoba. He then joined Canadian Pacific Railway, where he focused on operational efficiency and the delivery of large-scale capital infrastructure projects. During his time at CP, he worked in most of the company’s major yards, leading initiatives that ranged from yard upgrades to the construction of new subdivisions. After completing his MBA, Darcey joined Colliers Project Leaders, where he has taken on a variety of roles, developing tailored solutions for clients and supporting the national rail team across Canada. In his free time he enjoys sailing, hiking and enjoying all of the great outdoors that we are able to enjoy here in BC.
