Registration

Please note: This form will be sent directly to the APP administration office. Confirmation that it has been sent successfully will be emailed to you once you have pressed “Submit”. Receipts/invoices will follow shortly after.

Rates (US Funds):

  • Early Bird Registration (Members and Sponsors): $1,095 (until July 28, 2025) — all conference sessions and meals (including Monday and Tuesday night dinners)
  • Non-member: $1,395 — all conference sessions and meals (including Monday and Tuesday night dinners)
  • Government Agency Representatives: $695 (please note: this rate does not apply to ports) — all conference sessions and meals (including Monday and Tuesday night dinners)
  • Companions: $350 — all companion program excursions and meals (including Monday and Tuesday night dinners)
  • Golf: $300

Daily rates (US Funds):

  • Early Bird (Members and Sponsors) per day: $400 (does not include dinner)
  • Non-member: $500
  • Dinner (August 11): $150
  • Dinner (August 12): $250

We recommend you provide the e-mail and cell phone number of the attendee in case it becomes necessary to contact them during the conference.

Cancellation policy:
– Registration fees are fully refundable up to July 28, 2025.
– After July 28 and until August 6, 2025, registration fees are 50% refundable.
– After August 6, 2025, fees are non-refundable (but can be transferred to another registrant).
