Kirk Molacek is a Director of Federal Projects at Burns & McDonnell and serves as the firm’s lead for missile defense programs. With more than 18 years of experience supporting Department of Defense initiatives, he is responsible for shaping federal program strategy, guiding pursuit and execution planning, and leading multidisciplinary teams in the planning and design of military construction (MILCON) projects.  Kirk’s experience spans business development, project and program management, and leadership of missile defense and nuclear navy programs. He brings a comprehensive perspective to delivering complex federal infrastructure projects that advance mission readiness, modernize critical facilities, and align with long-term national defense priorities.
