Matt is the President of North Arm Transportation, a marine towing company headquartered on the North Arm of the Fraser River, and third generation Stradiotti family member to hold the position. He is Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP) and follows family members Aldo, Nap, Rics, Leo, Gino and Mike Stradiotti in senior management roles within the company.

Matt’s formal work at North Arm began in the company’s Kent Avenue maintenance shop in the summer of 1995 when he was 15 and continued in the shop, on the tugs and in the barge loading yard until early 2006 when he left to pursue his CPA, CA and CIRP designations. He returned to North Arm at the end of 2013 in the role of Finance Director, took on the position of General Manager in the summer of 2018 and became President in the spring of 2022.
