John Daley, P.E., S.E., is currently acting as the Engineering Manager for the Port of Alaska Modernization Program (PAMP). He began that position in the fall of 2022. Prior to that, he worked as a civil, structural and waterfront engineer and consultant for over 25 years. Mr. Daley managed and or participated in a wide variety of civil and waterfront engineering projects including roadways, water and wastewater pipelines, bridge dock and harbor inspections, flood control projects, erosion control projects, as well as the planning and design of docks, harbors, and breakwaters. He is an experienced corrosion engineer and has designed cathodic protection systems for underground and submerged structures.
