David Yeo is the Founder and Group CEO of Innovez One, a Singapore-based maritime software company behind the marineM Port Management Information System suite, used by ports including ADNOC L&S, Port of Tanjung Pelepas, Johor Port, Port of Cork, Portsmouth International Port, and Jersey Harbours.

David is leading Innovez One’s AI-native rebuild — automating routine port operations, unlocking the data intelligence embedded in day-to-day workflows, and deploying autonomous AI agents across the platform to support planners and decision-makers. He drives innovations that transform how ports plan, coordinate, and execute their operations.

His work sits at the intersection of operations research, multi-agent AI architectures, and the human workflows that keep ports running. At the Association of Pacific Ports Conference 2026 in Guam, he will share perspectives on Port Management Information Systems and Maritime Single Window, and how modern PMIS platforms can support ports in meeting MSW obligations.
